Research Interests: Packaging efficiency for recombinant adeno-associated virus (rAAV) is extremely low across academic and industrial production platforms. We are interested in improving rAAV production processes, specifically looking at ways to improve packaging efficiency by modulation of key rAAV production genes through rational vector design and analysis of wild-type AAV.
