Research Interests: We are interested in improving quantification methods for recombinant adeno-associated virus (rAAV) vectors. Specially, we are focused on quantification of packaging efficiency and downstream protein impurities with consideration given to biolayer interferometry, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) methods.
